From my very first wedding I (Steph) worked, I was hooked – the fear of doing it was gone the second I met my first couple and became part of their wedding experience! The excitement, the laughs, the joy ..all of it makes me feel like I'm part of the family! I will laugh at the toasts and cry at your ceremony as if I was a part of your whole life!
We at Hitch Studios are more than your photo and video team during your big day; Steph's that extra bridesmaid that can bustle any dress, Derek & Peter can teach the men that only the top button is required on your jackets and to always keep their hands in pockets (if you know, you know). We're also part wedding planners. We'll be there during the planning process to help create a timeline that will make sure your day runs smoothly and ensure your day is stress free!
We'll answer any question you have leading up to the day, brainstorm ideas with you and make sure your day is exactly as you imagined it in your head because believe us, the day flies by! But have no fear, we're here to freeze the time for you in timeless photographs and forever videos!

The first step to booking your day is to fill out the contact form. We'll get back to you within 24 - 48 hours (always sooner, we're always so eager to start talking about your big day!)
Once we start chatting, we can schedule a time to talk in person or over a zoom chat to really get into the nitty-gritty details and choose a collection that best suits your day!

It's HERE! Today's the day we celebrate the both of you and your magical love! We can't wait to be a part of it to capture every moment that will last forever!
Sneak peeks are sent within 1-3 days of the wedding! (Almost always within the next 24 hours.. because who can wait 3 days! NOT US! hehe)

Your final gallery will be sent via a password protected online gallery in which you will have full print/download/sharing rights to.
If you are receiving an album or print, let us know ASAP which image you choose for the print and which images you choose for the album; then we'll get to creating!

How far in advance should we book?
As soon as you have your date set and venue booked, reach out and we can start talking about the booking process to get your wedding media team secured!
Do you travel?
YESSS! We LOVE exploring new places and sharing that experience with you!
Be sure to ask about the MAJOR discount for any weddings outside of New England!
What does the booking process look like?
Once you fill out our contact form (yay!!), we will start chatting all about your big day! We will go over your vision for the day, coverage options that will best suit your timelines and ensure we are an amazing fit!
If you love us (we know you will) and want to move forward, a proposal, which includes the contract and retainer invoice, will be sent over and once that is fully completed, you'll be in the books!
Do you have payment plans?
Absolutely! Weddings are priceyyyy and we totally get that, so once you have decided to move forward in the booking process, we can discuss what arrangement will work best for you!
A 25% non-refundable retainer is still due at the time of booking regardless of what payment plan we set up to secure your date is blocked in our calendar. The 25% goes towards the final balance with the final balance being fully paid by one month before your date.
How many images are included in our wedding galleries?
It all depends on the collection you have chosen as more photos will come out of a 10 hour day vs a 6 hour day; but on average, for an 8 hour wedding, you will receive no less than 500 images!
We always include black and whites of almost everything as well!
What do we do if we need more hours added/less hours for the wedding?
When you choose to book with us, we will help you choose a collection closest to what you think you will need for your day, sign the contract and pay the retainer. If later on once timelines start getting created and it gets closer you think you need more/less hours or what to switch to a different collection, you absolutely can!
We block off the entire day for your wedding regardless so the flexibility is definitely there to do so!
When should we expect our final gallery?
Our turnaround time for weddings is typically 4 - 8 weeks. During peak season (June - December), the turnaround ranges from 6 - 10 weeks.
You will always receive sneak peeks of a minimum of 20 - 30 images no later than 3 days after your big day! (And 3 days is a stretch, it's 99% of the time always the next day! But gotta give wiggle room JUST in case hehe!)
Can we book just videography through Hitch studios?
At this time, our Videography Collections are ONLY included with our Photography Collections.
The combo packages that include both Photo & Video are discounted as a bundle package so if you're on the fence about adding it, we promise.. it's WORTH IT!
